Delete Card

DELETE 
/api/v1/cards/:card_id

Permanently delete a card plus optional descendants and related peer cards.

Mirrors archive_card's body shape and rules. The primary is always deleted; descendants are deleted leaves-first to satisfy the self-FK on parent_id. Related cards are processed single-hop only.

Returns 409 if the primary has direct children and child_strategy is None.
