Get Field Mappings

GET 
/api/v1/migration/:migration_id/field-mappings

Return source fields per type alongside the candidate TEA targets.

Drives the Map fields section of the migration detail dialog. Available once the migration is in parsed / previewed / applied / failed state — earlier states have no parsed fields yet.
