Relation Summary

/api/v1/cards/:card_id/relation-summary

Per-relation-type / per-direction neighbour counts for one card.

The diagram editor renders this as LeanIX-style Show Dependency / Drill-Down / Roll-Up submenus where each entry shows "<label> (<count>)" and is greyed out when count is 0.

"outgoing" rows: card is the relation source — i.e. its relations. "incoming" rows: card is the relation target — i.e. its reverse_label relations.
