Update Bpm Enabled

/api/v1/settings/bpm-enabled

Admin endpoint — enable or disable the BPM module.

Also toggles is_hidden on the BusinessProcess card type and all relation types that touch BusinessProcess, so that cards, relations, and reports are properly hidden/shown across the entire platform.
