Update Archive Retention Days
PATCH/api/v1/settings/archive-retention-days
Admin endpoint — set how long archived cards are kept before auto-purge.
0 disables auto-purge so archived cards (and their history) are kept
indefinitely. The hourly purge loop re-reads this value each cycle, so the
change takes effect without a restart.
