/api/v1/reports/app-portfolio

Portfolio report: all cards of the requested type with their relations for flexible client-side grouping by any attribute or related card type.

Defaults to type=Application so the original Application Portfolio report keeps working without changes. The Flexible Portfolio report passes other card type keys (BusinessCapability, Initiative, ITComponent, ...).
