/api/v1/cards/:card_id/archive-impact

Pre-flight payload for the archive/delete dialog.

Returns the direct children, the grandparent (if any), and every peer card linked via a relations row. Hidden card-types are filtered out, mirroring the relations list endpoint at /api/v1/relations.
